While we understand that everyone has different needs when it comes to their use of Red Light Therapy systems, we believe that the most efficient use of Red Light Therapy comes when the light is focused on our head and core. By combining two RLT-3 lights most people can get more than enough coverage to create a totally effective and efficient one-sided “full-body” Red Light Therapy system. In fact, for most of our clients who are 6’ or shorter, we recommend combining our RLT-3 and RLT-2 to create an efficient and effective (cost and therapy-wise) one-sided “full-body” treatment platform. Shorter users may also find that combining a RLT-3 with an RLT-1 is totally sufficient for
targeting their face and core. Yes, these combinations may miss some of your legs but,
assuming you are not focusing on a calf or knee issue, we firmly believe that focusing on your head and core is the most ideal way to use Red Light Therapy daily.

For those looking for the absolute maximum amount of coverage then we recommend combing two RLT-3’s with one RLT-2 or RLT-1 depending on your height. Through years of practice in this space, we found that systems that deliver very large treatment area often become much less efficient per square inch with so much of light therapy literally missing your body and simply shining into the room behind or in front of you. We also learned that many of these larger whole-body solutions can be overly expensive for minimal increases in benefits vs systems that target the head and core.

Cleaning Red-Lights:
Be sure to unplug fixture before cleaning. Do not use cleaning sprays. Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth to clean. Non-chemical-based air-spraying cleaning systems (air dusters and similar) can also be used to keep lights cleaner and dust-free.
