"I've tried every workout under the sun but nothing lets me reset and rejuvenate like a session at The Current. The combo of red light, oxygen, the Biocharger + PEMF fuels and restores and leaves me feeling great - healthier and happier from the inside out and ready to tackle the day. Whether craving a good sweat or nursing an injury or simply needing to clear my head, I love knowing that when I go to The Current I'm doing my mind and body good."

"I stumbled into The Current 5 months ago and I haven't stopped going! It's been a truly amazing experience and I would recommend it to anybody. The breakdown of the sessions and the results from it are truly amazing. I've noticed significant improvements in terms of endurance, immunity as well as clarity. It helped me going through a very stressful period at work. Just great!"

"My time at the current was incredibly helpful. I have no doubt it is beneficial to anyone looking to optimize their fitness and improve cognition. In my case with a history of concussions it was extremely effective at helping me to recover from a setback. I have tried many different methods of finding relief and this is a home run. If only there was one in Rhode Island. Thank you!"

32 YEARS of chronic lyme

Kim Sheridan has been part of The Current community since 2022. After living with chronic Lyme disease and related health challenges for more than three decades, she arrived having already explored an extraordinary range of conventional and alternative treatments in search of relief. Her journey is unique in its severity, but her experience of searching endlessly for answers is one that many people facing chronic illness can relate to. Today, Kim continues to make The Current a regular part of her wellness routine as she works to maintain the progress she has fought so hard to achieve.

"I have lived with chronic Lyme disease for over 35 years, and in that time I've tried just about everything—oral and IV antibiotics, countless medications, chelation, high-dose vitamin infusions, peroxide and antimicrobial infusions, and more alternative therapies than I can name.

Some things helped a little, most didn't, and I spent years struggling just to get through each day. At several points in time, I was nearly bedridden.

Finding The Current has been life changing. The combination of infrared light, contrast oxygen therapy, and the BioCharger has given me more improvement than anything else I've ever tried. My daily function has gone from less than 20% to consistently between 80-90%.

The treatments are simple, non-invasive, and surprisingly enjoyable—and the results speak for themselves. For the first time in decades, I feel like I'm truly getting my life back."

Pain Relief & Life Upgrade

Carrie came to The Current after years of searching for relief. A serious car accident left her with a spinal cord and nerve injury that dramatically changed her daily life, bringing chronic pain, mobility challenges, and daily uncertainty. After trying countless treatments with little success, she arrived at The Current hoping for something different—and found renewed hope along the way. Today, Carrie remains an active member and continues to make The Current part of her ongoing wellness routine.

"A car accident seven years ago left me with a spinal cord and nerve injury beyond repair. Every day has been a struggle with partial paralysis in my feet and legs, along with debilitating back and nerve pain that can be unbearable at times.

I've tried countless treatments over the years and never found anything that provided meaningful relief. When a friend told me about The Current, I decided to give it a try. Riding the bike with partially paralyzed feet was challenging at first, but I quickly got the hang of it.

After my very first session, I was able to lie on my side that evening without the searing pain I had become accustomed to. I also felt an energy level I hadn't experienced since before the accident. For the first time in a long time, I felt hopeful that things could get better."

Don's Story

Don Ross first came to The Current seeking relief from chronic lower back pain. An accomplished CEO, devoted family man, and lifelong endurance athlete, Don spends his time outside the boardroom swimming, hiking, biking, skiing, and pursuing new challenges. After finding limited success through numerous approaches, he decided to give The Current a try. What began as a search for pain relief has evolved into a consistent part of his wellness routine.

Today, Don remains an active member and continues to prioritize at least two sessions per week. Along the way, he has seen measurable improvements in his health and performance metrics, including an increase in his Garmin-estimated VO₂ max from approximately 40 to 44—a notable improvement at a stage of life when cardiovascular fitness typically trends in the opposite direction.

"I originally tried The Current in an effort to find relief from chronic lower back pain. As an active athlete who enjoys swimming, hiking, running, biking, and skiing, I was frustrated by the lack of results from the many approaches I pursued to alleviate my pain.

After my first session, I experienced almost complete relief from my back pain. Over time, I have also seen tangible improvements in my cardiovascular fitness and mental clarity. Because of those benefits, I make it a priority to participate in at least two sessions each week.

Ryan Damon and his team make the experience both enjoyable and rewarding. Simply put, The Current has become an extremely positive and game-changing part of my life."

7-year-old with a Brain Injury

Vaughn's Story

Vaughn is a young athlete who loves surfing, soccer, sailing, skateboarding, and just about anything that keeps him moving. After suffering a concussion, persistent headaches kept him out of sports, school, and many of the activities he loved for more than a month. Looking for answers and a path back to normal life, his family found The Current.

"When my son suffered a concussion, we felt completely lost trying to find something that could help him get relief and return to the sports he loves. A friend recommended The Current, and from day one Ryan and the team made us feel comfortable that the process was safe and worth exploring.

Within a matter of weeks, we noticed meaningful improvements in both his headaches and his mood. We were able to track changes in his blood oxygen levels and heart rate and watch those metrics improve alongside his symptoms.

I truly believe in the work they're doing and would highly recommend The Current to anyone recovering from a concussion or looking for a unique, full-body wellness experience."
